At Blessed & Beautiful, we take pride in every product we create. Because our items are handmade and personal-care based, we want to make sure your experience is clear and fair.
Due to the nature of our products (handmade hair oils, cosmetics, and beauty products), we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been shipped or delivered. This policy helps us maintain product safety and hygiene standards.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

We’ll gladly replace or resend the affected item at no cost to you.
Once your order has been marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, Blessed & Beautiful is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

All orders are handmade and processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Processing time does not include shipping time.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or weather.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, UPS).
Please make sure your address is correct before submitting your order.
Blessed & Beautiful is not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer.
We primarily use USPS for most deliveries. In some cases, we may use UPS or another trusted carrier.
