Pricing

General Notary Packages

  • Standard Notarial Acts: Acknowledgments, jurats, oaths, and verifications are priced at $10 per signature.
  • Remote Services: Electronic notarizations for the acts above are available at a rate of $15 per session.
  • Travel Professionalism: Mobile notary services include a travel fee, negotiated and agreed upon before we meet.
  • Mileage Rates: Travel expenses are calculated based on current federal mileage rates for transparency.
  • Legal Compliance: Our services adhere to all North Carolina General Statutes 10B-31 regulations.
  • Appointment Prep: Please have your completed documents and a valid government-issued ID ready for our visit.
  • Scope of Service: We offer professional witnessing for all business and individual needs.
  • Legal Notice: We provide expert notarial witnessing; however, we do not offer legal advice or draft documents.

These are the minimum state fees required for general notary services only. However, the specialized services fall under completely different standards. For example, Loan Signing, Estate Planning, Apostille services, Wedding Officiant, and fingerprinting come in packages, and the per-signature price does not apply to these services.
