They are my property management group and it was the best decision I ever made. 1. They really do the leg work when it comes to finding a great fit for a tenant. 2. They take very good care of property by making sure the tenants take great care. 3. They work really hard to make sure all issues that may arise are handled effectively. If they have to reach out because of major issues, they will work with you so you can have all your best options. 4. I have  friends that have used other property management companies and the stories have been horrible. I don’t have any of those issues.5.
