About

A TRUSTED FINANCIAL PARTNER FOR LIFE

ThriveX Financial Group LLC exists to help individuals, families, seniors, and business owners navigate financial complexity with clarity and confidence. Our firm emphasizes education first—so clients understand the “why” behind each recommendation.

Financial planning is not a one-time event. It is a cycle of discovery, design, implementation, and ongoing review. Our job is to help you stay on track as life changes: new jobs, new children, a home purchase, business growth, or retirement.

We combine practical planning with strong ethics and a steady, relationship-based approach. We will never rush you. We will explain your options, outline trade-offs, and support you in choosing the path that fits your goals.

Key Points:

  • Education before products
  • Clarity, integrity, compliance, and consistency
  • Long-term reviews—because life changes
  • Solutions for households and businesses, not just individuals

  • Retirement Planning with Fixed Index Annuities
  • Business Protection & Employee Benefits Advisory
  • Merchant & POS Solutions for Retail and Service Businesses
  • Professional Development through ThriveX Training Academy

Beyond financial services, I am actively engaged in diaspora economic development initiatives focused on strengthening collaboration between African diaspora communities and emerging economic opportunities across Africa and the United States.

THE THRIVEX CLIENT JOURNEY

Step 1 — Discovery

We clarify goals, timeline, household or business context, and current coverage/benefits. We identify risks (income loss, healthcare exposure, business interruption) and gather key facts to reduce guesswork.

Step 2 - Design

We translate goals into options. We show 2–3 pathways—each with benefits, risks, and costs. We explain the “why” and avoid jargon.

Step 3 — Implementation

If you choose to proceed, we assist with next steps and documentation. We coordinate with other professionals where appropriate (e.g., your CPA).

Step 4 — Review & Maintenance

We schedule periodic reviews (annual, semi-annual, or as needed). We revisit beneficiaries, coverage adequacy, retirement assumptions, and Medicare changes.
